Last updated: 12 August 2026

LOCALMATE AI ("LOCALMATE AI", "we", "us" or "our") is an Australian business providing website creation and digital marketing services, primarily to kitchen, bathroom and renovation businesses.

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly, transparently and securely.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you:

1. About LOCALMATE AI

Website Creation

We design and build conversion-focused websites for renovation businesses. Depending on the service purchased, this may include website design, mobile optimisation, service pages or sections, project galleries, contact or quote forms, calls-to-action, basic on-page website setup and domain connection.

The exact inclusions, price, timeframe, revision allowance and deliverables for a client's website are determined by the proposal, invoice or service agreement accepted by that client.

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

LOCALMATE AI may also provide digital marketing and lead-generation services, including the Renovation Quote Engine.

Depending on the service purchased, this may involve Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising, lead forms, landing pages, CRM systems, enquiry tracking, automated acknowledgements, follow-up workflows, staff notifications, booking or quote consultation pathways and campaign reporting.

Marketing services are designed to generate and manage sales opportunities. LOCALMATE AI does not guarantee a particular number of leads, customers, signed renovation projects, revenue, return on investment or advertising result unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

The specific marketing services purchased by a client are set out separately in that client's proposal or service agreement.

6. Information Processed for Our Clients

LOCALMATE AI may process personal information on behalf of renovation businesses that use our marketing or lead-generation services.

For example, a homeowner may submit an enquiry through an advertisement or lead form operated for one of our clients.

The information may then be transferred into a customer relationship management system and provided to the relevant renovation business so that it can respond to the enquiry.

In these circumstances:

  • LOCALMATE AI may use the information to operate the client's marketing and lead-management systems;

LOCALMATE AI will not knowingly sell individual consumer lead information to unrelated businesses.

Information collected for a particular client's campaign will generally be used for providing and supporting that client's services, subject to applicable law.

As a result, personal information may be stored, accessed or processed outside Australia, including potentially in the United States and other countries in which our technology providers or their infrastructure operate.
